I wait until the Cylinder Head Temperature gauge is 185 F / 85 C and steady before driving aggressively. Until that happens, I drive normally, almost gently.

I wait for the transmission to get at least to 80c and by the time it gets to 80c the cylinder head temp and oil temp will be around 85 to 88c

I wait till transmission fluid is at 150° and it takes the longest so once it is done then the rest will be warm enough.Hello everyone.
