This should be reported to NHTSA so they force Ford to investigate and do a recall.

Dealer was unable to reproduce the problem. The worksheet says "Scanned for codes, multiple low voltage and communications codes. Cleared codes."

Unfortunately they did not recall exactly what those codes were.... :-)

Battery fault? It’s possible. I’m going to the original dealer tomorrow and they will take the car for a day and thoroughly investigate. I’ve asked them for a full service history from day one, because I want to see the evidence that they actually replaced the battery…
