Back to OP issue. My car has Cruise Control & a spied limiter. They are located next to each other on the steering wheel. I have accidentally set the wrong one or activated the limiter by accident. When I tried to accelerate, car wouldn’t go faster than the set limit, as it’s designed to do. Maybe you had the limiter on by mistake?

That definitely sounds like a good possibility. But the OP says he verified that wasnt the issue.

I had the issue on the first day... user error... still learning the controls.
Perhaps we should ask how long he has had the car?

No my key the car isnt equipped with it anymore and no their was no speed limiter or anything like that i even restarted the car so even if i did they would default back too off but yet it still continued

No, again i turned the car off on side of the road and then quickly on even if their were limters they would defualt too off also i floored the car 100 percent trouttle the limter will overide if it detects the car is being pushed to 100 percent power.

Definitely not user error from me heres why it also hit me, that i was driving in the right most lanes and their was no traffic so i pressed the set plus button to make the car go faster at 79 mph set the car wouldnt let me go any faster and Speed limiter in settings was off, also it was in auto pilot with the auto lane assist so the speed limit button wasnt pressed, and then i slowed down (no traffic behind me) to 64ish and floored it pedel to metal yall and at 78 ish i feel the engine losing power no lights no error temps looks good

Something may well be wrong... better get it back to the dealer for a checkup.

No further issues with mine... once I got it all figured out.
