It's amazing you found a Brand New 2024 Mustang GT-Performance unit still in stock.
To me there is a big different between the standard GT and the Premium.
I have a Premium and love the upgrades. Do a comparison online and you will see the differents.
I upgraded to a premium and I'm very happy that I did. It costs a bit more, but I thinks it's well worth it. Do the comparison.

The 2024 A10 and PP and other goodies is $51,000. New, not used. Race Red.

What stuff does the 24 have that the 26 will not? My biggest concern is the time sitting idle in the elements and all the recalls, even though addressed.
Front wheel well liner holes, that’s how you can tell it’s a genuine job 1.

2024 GT Dark Matter Grey 6 Speed Manual "Job 1" (no start/stop)
The one with $1595 active valve exhaust isn’t a first year car. The one with the $1200 active exhaust is. Neither of them are “Job 1” within the first 6 months (June - December of 2023) because stop/start stop wasn’t available. If you can see the full Monroney sticker you can see the blend date at the top or the bottom for actual production date.

Edit: here’s the Monroney for my 2024 Job 1 Mustang. You can see in the highlights it’s built in November of 2023 and delivered to AZ (helps to see if it’s a transfer vehicle). Also, no start/stop but with $1000 gas guzzler tax.

That's interesting, because the window sticker shows 03/11/24, but the Special Date at the bottom is a 2025 date. Confusing.

And unlike other window stickers I've seen, there isn't anything indicating a blended date on the couple posted.

The 2024 Monroney's (based on $1225 Active Exhaust) are very weird, but the 2025 (based on $1595 Active Exhaust) seem normal. In all the hundreds of Mustang window stickers, I've never seen them look like the 2024's. I even went to the generic Ford Window Sticker web site (that is, not through the selling dealer web site):

https://www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin=1FA6P8CF3R1234567

(replace the vin number with the one you're looking at)

2024 401A premiums have all these things included, but were dropped for 2026 -

Wireless charging.
Illuminated door sills.
Home link garage door buttons.
Leather seat bolsters.
Standard spoiler.
Floor mats.

In addition 2024 job 1 cars dont have Auto Start/Stop. Or as I like to call it, ASS.

I'd highly recommend the Premium or 401A package in either car. As I think the leather, soft-touch finishes, and stitching realy make the interior classy.

Beyond sitting on a lot in the elements for over a year -- who knows -- maybe a year and a half, is SYNC4 and the known issues corrected via a recall. It's my understanding that some minor bugs still existing for many. S4 was launched in 2020 which means the software is starting to get long in the tooth. The issues surrounding that software version -- in part -- led to the launch of SYNC5 in 2025. The improved S5 will continue to receive support many years after S4 and designed to accommodate next generation WI-FI.

For me, the biggest reason to look at a 25 GT over a 24 is software. S5 is Ford’s version of AI, built on a cloud‑based platform with smarter features, deeper connectivity, and a longer support horizon. It’s also prepped for the next wave of wireless tech, including the eventual rollout of 6G as we approach 2030. Since tech evolves as fast as our phones, I’d rather invest in the platform that’s designed to grow.

The features you mentioned are definitely nice, but software longentivity trumps these features for me.

That one Silver 2025 6 speed manual with PP and Prem being $10k off seems to be a SMOKING deal (basically those packages are free). The blend date being mid September, definitely not on the lot that long. I'd be wary about driving that one home in wintry conditions with those tires, they're not Handling Pack bad in the cold, but they're definitely not "All Season" - assuming Pirelli P Zeros that can get squirrely below 50 deg F. Next Wednesday it's supposed to be 46 degrees in Indianapolis, may be your last chance until spring, LOL. Plus if you're interested in financing, Ford is offering cut rate financing. There's some good deals on ones with the Auto, like $8k off. Almost seems to good to be true.

It’s not a tesla, the door handles still work even when the battery is dead.

It's out of state, so would be trailered to the house.

I'll have to look again, but I thought the iconic silver at a $10,000 discount was a 2024.

Around Atlanta, GT's are all discounted at least 10k and even EB are like 8k off (making them awesome commuter cars). Dealer I talked to said incentives will likely be better after the first of the year on the leftover cars- but that is a roll of the dice.
