Try different wheels and tires if possible... I had got a new set of tires on a different vehicle (not the S650) and had issues. I had a set of winter tires on another set of wheels that were fine as a baseline. First, one of the new tires had a big bubble on the inside of the belts, tire guy replaced it, but still issues. Got a different set of tires on the wheels (another brand), still issues. I ended up replacing the wheels as well as the tires yet again, and it was finally resolved. The whole while, I could swap to the winter tires to get back to a better ride. I can only suspect that something "could" have happened to one (or more) of the wheels while they were off of the car.
