I am a big Greatful Dead fan. One of the official vendors sells emblems. I am considering adding an emblem, potentially two.

I want the forums feedback about these aftermarket emblems. Do you see them as junk? Is it too cheesy or boy racer if I add emblems that “don’t belong”?

Your feed back on which one (or two) and where.

Fenders in addition to the 5.0 or replace it..
Trunk lid, lower right or left near the bumper and tailight..
Trunk lid below the GT emblem.

Could the Grateful Dead wolf swap for the 5.0 emblem and you not be laughed at?

Would it work better on the far right lower area of the trunk lid near the taillight?

I bought real cool 3d chrome Starship Enterprise logos that are perfect badges to add to the car. A year later they are still sitting on the shelf, because I just can't get myself to add them to the car. I guess I consider it "cheesy"....lol.

if hesitant maybe consider putting your emblems under the hood or interior. That's where I might end up putting mine.

Bottom line it’s your car, do as you please. Personally I enjoy seeing what people are willing to do to their vehicles. As humans we are all unique, why not our cars. Some will like, some will laugh, others will think it’s stupid. Who cares what others think, be you.

I love little details like this that personalise the car, I want to do something similar with my fender badges, but I'm trying to work out where I'm going with the final look before starting to make any changes. A Mustang is not a quiet car, go loud in looks as well I say - I regret not getting it in Grabber Blue for this reason, sadly I just didn't like any of the 2025 colours so went with the least offensive!

This seems to have turned into a modding thread...i was talking about accessories that go with your car lol.

My wife bought me a dark blue insulated coffee mug to go with my Dark Horse in blue ember metallic. No, the mug is not blue ember metallic, but with the Dark Horse interior's dark blue accents, the mug looks like it belongs.

That's kind of an accessory.

But she likes the insulated mug, too, and usually steals it and drives with it in her Explorer so I can't find it when I need it and end up using a red Buc ee's mug, so I am not sure this counts.

Amazon for the pop figure and I designed the graphic and went to a local wrap shop (Limitless Wraps) and had them cut and install it.

I don't have pictures, but my wife ordered Mickey and Minnie Mouse "coasters" that fit in the cup holders, I think partly to absorb water condensing off of cold drinks, partly because she's a Disney fan.
