I'm going to get a Viofo A329S dashcam shipped very soon, so I'm looking for the right spot to place this. When I was inspecting the windshield, I saw this kind of sensor or camera looking thing behind my rear view mirror and I was wondering what this is.
It can't be the sensor that tells you that you need to take a rest from driving right? I think that pops up based on a timer or something. I don't even know if US caes have the same pop up or not, but the European Mustangs do get this pop up.
I know there are cars who have like a camera or some sort that scans your face and tells you that you are tired. I don't think our Mustang has this kind of crap. The sensor or camera is behind the rear view mirror so It can't even scan your face or see you.
So that leaves the other option open, which could be the interior motion sensor? If so, than I shouldn't place my dashcam right below it I gues..
