Installing aftermarket Front Parking Camera?

I don't pick up my 2024.5 GT until next week, so I was unaware there is an issue knowing where the front end is when parking. Good to know though.

Until now I just thought this guy was an absolute flog...lol
I was parked in the Outlander first and came out to a Mustang gently touching my car, and obviously way over the line.

in some fairness, the Mustang is kinda hard to park even if you've owned one for a couple years. the front is always further ahead than you think. and i say this as someone who has had a job either mostly or entirely comprised of parking vehicles from this

(99.2" Wheelbase)
to this

(287" Wheelbase)
and everything in between (that Ford makes) for the past 20% of my life

The biggest challenge in the US is parking stops. You need a parking camera to avoid rubbing your front fascia on them. I don’t think a dash cam would help. A 360 system should. Pls correct me if I’m wrong.

Your front dash cam can see concrete parking stops and/or the line for the front of the parking spot? If so, that’s good news!
