i cannot remember when, but this has been mentioned before. maybe a year or so ago. i had, i believe during break in miles, a similar occurrence on startup. a definite rhythmic shake definitely a misfire. fortunately as the engine warmed, the miss cleared and the engine ran fine. could have been a wet or semi fouled plug. it happened only once pretty noticeable and maybe another time not as bad but not in the last year. unfortunately coils are electronic parts and do go bad. catch it early, have it replaced and I hope you enjoy your car as most of us do.
I have had cars with leaky head gaskets drop coolant into a hole, when the car starts there is a misfire or two until the combustion pressure and heat seal the leak, but then the car smooths out and runs fine.
I am taking drops of coolant level of liquid in the cylinder, it only became evident when I pressurized the cooling system and stuck a borescope camera down into the hole and I could see just the slightest bit of coolant pooling on the piston
