I need help with tire specs

I just lowered my 2025 gt with some steeda progressive lowering springs and have a set of wheels coming
Front: 19 by 10 ET 30
Rear: 19 by 11 ET 52
What tire specs are you guys going with?
Attached is how it’s sitting right now and I don’t want to rub. The current tires are 255/40/19

I’m running the Steeda progressive lowering springs with their 19x10/11 staggered set up Trident wheel
295/35/19 front
305/35/19 rear
Michelin sport cup 2’s
2017 GT PP
Also my car has the Ford Performance GT350R brake conversion so it does utilize the Shelby rear knuckles.
Although all of the wheel companies tell me I can’t use a regular mustang wheel offset on the rear I have discovered the new wheels fit with no problem.
tire is right at the edge with no rubbing, a regular mustang should have zero issues as well.
