Probably.I honestly doubt it has the effect on EV drivers that you might assume, especially when the Mach E GT runs away from a 5.0 in a stop light to stop light contest. But we all do it I suppose, my Harley group may or may not take a detour through the local high end shopping mall parking garage seeing how many alarms we can set off.
I agree, I don't judge someone by what they drive, if they judge me fukm. Probably more assholes, like me, driving sports cars. And God Bless usProbably.
I respect EV drivers as it's their choice and as along as they are happy good for them. My best friend drives a Tesla and it's a very nice, and fast car. It's just not for me.
agreed 100%. the annoying ones are the ones that think that just because they have an EV that they are better than everyone else. also the Tesla fanboys and Elon worshipers. my dad has a Lightning and is pretty cool about it, he mainly got it to have a truck and not spend tons of money on fuel, but likes the acceleration too. those things are frighteningly floaty at speeds over 85mph, though, and tap out pretty quickly (something like less than 115mph)Probably.

Shortly after I picked up my Dark Horse was out for a drive when a Mach E pulls up beside me and the young lady in the passenger was smiling from ear to ear and giving me a thumbs up however the male driver looked pissed at her lol.Wifey and I regularly take trips from Eastern Long Island NY to upstate NY or southern Vermont. We used to play a game counting each Prius we saw along the way. Yea I know, it's lame... Passes the time though... So NOW, the fun thing to do is pull up next to an EV car and decelerate and let that exhaust sing. It's hilarious the looks I get as if I am killing the earth via climate change and so forth. I've got to start videoing these. And BTW, Camaro, Dodge and other Mustang owners give me the high five. We are all brothers in preserving the muscle car. At my age, it's the little things in life... hahahha.
it’s not just them... When I was still living in VA, I took the wife out to wine country. Somewhere close to Middleburg I stopped for gas in my shiny new ’17 Raptor. woman in a s00b pulls in behind me and while I’m filling up chides me for hogging the entire lane. To which I reply: “This is a gas truck and the only other pump is diesel.”Had a crazy thing happen last year. Parked in my work parking garage near an free EV charging station. Not in an EV charging spot, but close enough for the cable to reach. Got out of my car and was walking to the elevator and a women drives up with an EV and tells me to move my car so she can charge her car. I could not see another open spot and informed her I couldnt. She laid into me about how inconsiderate I was. I ignored her and kept walking. Whats up with the pretentious EV crowd?
