There is no hope he said, lol.I literally used the term EU regulations in my explanation, if you can't work out that regs is short for regulations there is no hope! Seems it is a common abbreviation in the US.
In the US (and internationally), "regs" is the informal, colloquial shorthand for regulations
Well, you couldn't make yourself clear but other people did. So it's not my fault I couldn't understand what you were saying after I commented to maybe explain it in simple English. Other people are just better in explaining it.
English is my 3rd language and I don't live in the US. I only use English here on this forum and nowhere else.
