Felt a sudden jolt during startup

I have mustang gt 2024 PP, active exhaust and 10 speed auto

I noticed after a driving around and starting up car again there was a sudden jolt as the car start up like it hit a pot hole while driving.

Ebrakes were applied and was on normal mode.

It didnot happen all the time.

And it started happening after the first oil change which i got a day before.

I am taking car to the dealer service tomorrow again but its really annoying and am worried as its just driven only 1300kms.

Any suggestions or anyone faced it?

I drove it today but it didnot happen at all today i trued to startup car again after a drive.

i got it checked from service team
they said its normal

even the technician drove it and he said its due to the pressure build up after driving and engine and parts are still very new.

He asked me to wait until next oil change if it does more often and its getting worst we need to deep dive

Its not a transmission issue though
fingers crossed i drove it now it didnot do it again

yes it did before if i shut engine off and start it on right away to check

Seems normal to them but will keep an eye on it.

Happened to me today after driving lightly in Track Mode.

If it is “Normal” that’s a relief. I’ll see if it does it when I start it cold next time. I’ll stick to Normal Mode from now on I think.
