Lets say your car came with dual exhaust and you want the Quads with the loudest stock setting and no adjustment.
How would you do it?

Wait guys, are you telling me the pipe from cat to axle is different from Quad exhausts to dual exhausts??

You mean you ordered a car without active exhaust and want to switch to the loudest quad exhaust possible?
I mean I want the stock quad exhaust look and the sound, without having the valve control option, but always on open mode.

Looking to just replace the cans and trim the bezel or wanting to go full long tubes no resonator quad tipped cherry bombs?

Just want quad tips, no valve control. And will cut the valance
I think cat back to the cans are the same but don’t quote me on it lol. It was the valance that was the major issue when they first hit the streets.

A little "help" for the valance cut...

Let me ask you this: How different does the dual exhaust sound from a quad exhaust with valve all the way open?
Quieter... but you will at least have to buy new mufflers/tips or an axle back setup, so buy whichever one makes it louder or quieter as you would like.

OP… search to buy a used takeoff catback OEM active,

Cut valence and install that, probably get it done for a few hundred
