The melting point is determined by the composition of the plastic. It is likely that they will hold up just fine. I hope so, I just ordered one.

Just got this custom Grabber Blue pony for the engine bay. To me the blank space above the lettering needs something, and all the custom plates online don't match the color. Is it too much bling? I haven't put it on just yet.

I'm also considering having the plenum cover painted.

It looks great! I think I will order a red one as I am probably going to accent my Shadow Black with red. Glenn

Considering the heat generated by the engine, it seems to be made of a material that can withstand high temperatures, such as PETG. It's a neat dress-up.

If it melts I'm only out 5 bucks. 🤷‍♂️

That said the coolant cover is 3D printed and it's just fine after a month.
Heck. Why not go for broke. Do your Glock in grabber blue. đź’™ Might as well go all the way. After all it's a free country.

Here is the only convenient picture I have of my 2019. I had the engine cover, intake cover and strut caps painted. The strut caps have the ponies painted black. It really makes the engine compartment pop.

I don't think it looks bad. I've given thought to adding some things to my engine bay, but I'm at the point in my life where less is more. I went the carbon fiber route on my Corvettes, which cost a fortune. Going to leave the Mustang alone and enjoy it for what it is.
