I don't see any reason why to store it.

In summer time it's 38 degrees Celcius.
In winter time it snows and it's -12 degrees Celcius.

The car handles well in all conditions when taking good measures so why not enjoy it while you can?

Nevada here. Where you can drive anything 365 days out of the year. No rain or snow, just sun. A major perk of living out West. After living in the northeast for a long time it got pretty tiring with the freezing cold temps and crappy weather. It’s great if you love sports cars.

I do not store the car in winter as it is a daily driver.

Best daily driver ever. Those that don't drive it in winter are missing out. Nothing more exhilarating than a little scooty scooty on ice on your way to work or the grocery store! 😁
Winter = drift mode

Drive it every day. It’s just a Mustang I see people with lambos driving in the snow here and there. Just take care of it wash it often and spray the under side and you’ll be fine it’s not going to rust away to dust the second it hits salt

I live in Northwest Wisconsin. 24 GT Convertible. Yep it’s stored in my heated garage. I drive my 22 F-150 during the winter. My wife has a 23 Outback

I just purchased my 60th anniversary in October and have been looking for a cover. What brand of cover is that and where did you purchase if you don’t mind me asking? It appears to be what I ws looking for. I have it my garage as you do and drive my 24 Ranger. Thank you in advance.

Here in Mitchell, South Dakota, I stored my Mustang in the past, because of the snow, ice, and salt on the roads. And I would leave it in storage from December thru March. But the winters here seem milder with less snow, so my plans are not to store it this winter. I bought the car with the intention of driving it. The cold doesn't bother me. When we have snow or salt on the roads, I drive our Ford Escape instead. Right now, we don't have any snow where I live, and it is doubtful that we will see any measurable snow until after the 1st of the year.

I am curious to see if you store your mustang in winter.

I live in Quebec city and I store my car for winter. Salt, sand and everything else they put on the road will damage too much the car. That's not counting the cost of winter tires. I paid over 70k cad money and I would like to keep my car rust free and in pristine condition as long as I can as this will probably be the last brand new car I buy. I am 65

I have a fusion titanium 2013 that I bought new that I use for my winter driving.
I store mine in the winter and drive a 2015 fusion lol. Why wouldn’t I, since I have a winter option.

I drive it in NYC all year round. When there is a snow storm, I leave it parked obviously. I worry more about other people not stopping in time and rear-ending me, than me spinning out.

All you do is pack 250 lbs of ballast into the trunk. In my case it's cat litter which won't go to waste. All-season tires work great. And the car handles very very well. Maybe sometimes a steep hill can be a problem with the snow, but where I live there are no such hills. So it is perfectly capable of being driven during winter. Just makes sure to put stuff into the trunk--it works wonders!

But again, if you are having several feet of snow, even an SUV can get stuck. And with the "fuzzy cardboard" fender liners, that stuff can get torn very easily on ice, so definitely be more careful with it than on your older Mustangs.

I didn't spend 72K CAD on a car just to spend more money insuring and driving a second car and storing/winterizing this car in the winter. As far as I'm concerned letting a car sit half the year is probably one of the hardest things on a vehicle even if it is properly winterized and stored. Machines like to keep moving in my experience.

I never store my Mustang just bought it last May. Haven’t had any winter yet a couple of snow I’ll let it sit in the driveway. I don’t touch it till all the snow melts, and the roads are dry here in Colorado when the sun comes out the snow melts fast.
