F150 and mach-e has it, I am wondering if ford will add it to mustang in the future? Does s650 have the hardware to do this?

the Mustang is just missing the interior eye tracker and 360 camera, both are required for BlueCruise. other than that, its all set up to have it, minus the software of course

Don’t we essentially already have Blue Cruise except for the nag to keep our hands on the wheel?

Doesn't certain models has the inside looking camera? Mine seems to have it (it sense when you're "tired").. or is it used for other purposes?

if you’re talking about “Driver Alert”, it doesn’t use a camera.

“The system calculates your alertness level based upon your driving behavior in relation to the lane markings and other factors when the vehicle speed is greater than approximately 40 mph (65 km/h).”

No, I'm talking about if it reads your eyes blinking frequency and if they are shut for long... I'm not sure about this, but it seems there's a camera there. Will check it later.

I hope not. The Mustang is supposed to be a driver's car.

I also don't like BlueCruise all that much, but I don't want to make it too personal.

It is about as close as you can get to it. The nag is a little annoying considering my hand is always on the wheel when I get the notification and the only way to clear the notification is to jerk the wheel a little.

driver's car =/= cant have creature comforts. if my DH had BlueCruise, i would absolutely be using it every single day to and from work. road trips too

My '21 F150 has Bluecruise 1.4 (enabled and upgraded it myself). Since I drive ~110 miles R/T each day on my work commute - 95% of that on the expressway - I really like it.

But I have absolutely no desire to drone ~110 miles per day, five days a week, in the Dark Horse. IMHO, that's not how this car is intended to be driven.

After spending half my life on sports-oriented road motorcycles seeking out the best twists and turns across the country, I need the same experience for any sports-oriented car I own. Otherwise, I might as well buy a Volvo.
