Changing Spoilers on a 24 GT Premium

I have a Shadow Black 2024 GT Premium with the very small decklid spoiler. Will the spoiler that comes standard on a Performance Pack GT fit my car without drilling the trunk lid etc. Can the larger spoiler be ordered from Ford or are there some good after-market examples out there that are less expensive than OEM but just as good?

YEs it will fit if its the factory lump spoiler or as i call it the we drilled the decklid for you hole cover. There are a few posts about Darkhorse replica spoilers and some have found PP take offs on ebay. I bought a color matching factory pp1 spoiler on ebay. Perfect fit. LMR has a YouTube video on install. The spoiler is sourced from roush or shelby. 89Trooper has a lot of info on this

Thanks for the info. I need to do a bit more research. Is a PP Spoiler different from the Dark Horse spoiler? I don't want anything too high.
I just want to improve the bump on the trunk.

It is a factory ford spoiler, very easy to install and paint matched perfect on my car, dark matter grey

I don't know why my phone is adding so many pics. The spoiler looks great. Easy to install. You'll need 5ft of 1/2 " 3M double sided tape and rubbing alcohol to remove old tape/residue.

Personally I prefer the factory spoiler. The aftermarket ones look cheap IMO. I added the PP1 wheels from a 2020, did the tint (ceramic 35% sides and rear, 70% ceramic on windshield) the car looks great! The only thing i might add would be the front splitter from a 2024 PP1 car. That same seller has those as well. I would have ordered the PP1 car, but didn't care to have magneride as I do not track the car and it's a daily driver.

Like you, I didn't need the extra PP equipment, but I did get the BREMBO Brake Package and the Bronze Package on my 24 GT. The small factory spoiler doesn't do much for the looks of the car.

Is a PP Spoiler different from the Dark Horse spoiler?

Yes. The Dark Horse spoiler is a bit more aggressive and comes with a gurney flap.

Very easy. 18 screws, 4 plastic rivets, and 6 more plastic rivets for access.

I don't know why my phone is adding so many pics.

Now when I add photos from my Samsung Android phone it does the same thing unless you pick a photo from the media picker tab. It's a glitch the website has had for a month now. I have reported it twice.....with no response. For shits and grins I will post a photo.
