Many thanks guys, I appreciate all your help.
I take it the PP1 you are referring to is the bigger spoiler like the one on the Dark Horse (which Australia was only allocated 1000 and were all sold out days after it was released in Australia).

I was was not after the big DH spoiler but the more subtle smaller one, which Sofa King found on eBay. I gather that the “lip” is not sold separately ( where you can screw or bolt it in after drilling through the rear edge of the trunk, but comes as an attached unit). Accordingly I gather that they are only sold used, from S650 mustangs that have been wrecked.

i also see the postage is over $4KAUD to Australia which means it would be more economical for me to fly to the US and bring it back with me as check-in luggage. 😫

I might make enquires if there are other more reasonable options.

Again thanks again from down under. 🇦🇺

This is the pp1 spoiler, not DH, and not lip spoiler. They are take offs from new cars that Roush or Shelby has purchased to modify. They sell the take offs to ebay sellers

It is a direct fit bolt on as the spoiler is actually a 'module ' so no drilling or fitment issues.

Yes I see that clearly now. We are very starved of options at the moment here. I suppose with time more options will make their way here, in the meantime I’ll have to just wait. Cheers

The spoiler can be separated from the trunk piece... they are sold that way on ebay as that is the way they take them off. Looks like the cost of just the spoiler from ford appears over $1,000 (and on backorder).

I bought a color matching factory pp1 spoiler on ebay. Perfect fit. LMR has a YouTube video on install. The spoiler is sourced from roush or shelby. 89Trooper has a lot of info on this

It's unfortunate that the only factory spoiler options arethe low profile lip or the large wing type. I have never been a fan of wing spoilers on mustangs, especially the large square type.

It's a shame MMD doesn't make a larger lip spoiler for the S650 like they did for the S550. Those finished out the cars really nice.
