Personally I’m going to try going through the change list again, the 2025 401a coding, and maybe do some changes one at a time. Maybe there’s a combination of changes or something. I also noticed that the IPC easy mode has a couple settings that sound relevant

Not really. Lane centering just keeps the vehicle between center line and line on edge of road. When that line is gone like passing a turn lane, it quite working. Blue Cruise is hands free driving wherever it has been mapped. That one hell of a difference and not what he was asking.

I've never driven a vehicle with blue cruise, but if we could enable that, it would be awesome. Obviously I think that would be even more of a struggle though considering how difficult just the lane centering is proving to be. I also want to enable remote start. Haven't started messing with that yet, but if I remember right, I think I read that the bronco manual transmission guys figured it out finally, so we probably can do something similar.

No disrespect to you intended <Understand what your saying, im saying yes my darkhorse does in fact have the feature where it "drives itself if you will" it takes turns in the very center of the lane. Here's the difference i have to touch the wheel every 10 or 15 or 20 seconds im not sure exactly. And if i dont it will shut down self driving or whatever you want to call it. Its annoying but if your on long drive its pretty good. I would call it "bluecruise lite" because it will not self drive without me touching actually have to turn the wheel ever so slightly but it needs to know you touched the steering wheel. Are you in the states? Maybe its different in other countries ?

Try attaching a light ankle weight to the steering wheel. I have not tried this in either on my Mustangs, as they have lane assist which is a safety feature not a daily use feature, but it works on a Prius with lane centering. It stops complaining and centers the car against the small force of the weight.

Boy am i glad i found someone else interested in figuring this out.

I have a 2024 GT PP 6SPD and i love rowing my own gears but would kill to have lane centering for long road trips and remote start.

real kick in the dick that ford has the same hardware in the cars but won’t just enable it to be used on the manuals. i’d be willing to pay big money to have these features.

To anyomne still trying to work on this (although I still think it cannot be done without side-loading certain IPMA files from an automatic to a manual), there's a guy on the Lightning forum that release a program he made to easily compare ab data from two vehicle or against Livnitup's spreadsheet very easily. It works awesome:

To compare toab files, turn off the database toggle.

Great, will check it next time I have a use.
I made comparisons between to .ab with Notepad++, but that's still a bit complicated and doesn't work with Livinitup.
