Who started this childish trolling shit? Admits he takes back handed shots at an OP that merely states how he spent a morning, then says he's not trying to be a dick exactly when he is being a dick. I do understand though given that he is in Nooo Yark. God Almighty I'd hate to live there too in Kathy Hockul's state, LOL! I'd be depressed too.... 
. But some are correct, this forum is infested with trolls, as in below and I will call it like it is. 
"For the record, my comment was a back handed shot at your break in method and the fact that a easy broken in engine usually consumes more oil than one broken in hard. We break them in on the dyno making WOT pulls and heat cycling the engines. Once we make several passes and heat cycles, the engine oil is changed and its off to the races - so to speak. They never consume a drip of oil after that.
My advice spend the next 1k miles hooning the dogshit out of it. See if you can salvage a "proper" break in. Ford's advice from the manual is sound for 200k mile longevity. But for normally driven vehicles, its going to consume oil and always be a tad down on compression v the alternatively broken in engine. Their advice is correct for minivans and appliance cars.
Not trying to be a dick, but when I read threads like this it makes me sad that its widely accepted to break in a performance engine like this, then have to rely on an aftermarket catch can to keep it clean for the foreseeable future. Good luck with it though, may your catch stay dry and unused."
