will California, MA and other states that use CA emissions calibration and equipment force manufacturers to install it in cars sold or registered in those states?

Third brake light?Pretty sure US Federal mandates make no difference to all the cars sold outside the US.
Car makers are global companies with global products meeting global demand.
Do those states regulate runtime or emissions?will California, MA and other states that use CA emissions calibration and equipment force manufacturers to install it in cars sold or registered in those states?
The post was mocking the very idea, but you seem to have read it in the opposite manner.Pretty sure US Federal mandates make no difference to all the cars sold outside the US.

Manual.Manual or automatic? I didn't have the guzzler tax on mine.
Wife's Highlander has this feature. Even having to spring for the proper but more expensive "extended flooded" or AGM battery, her car is the only one of five in our family that consistently needs the battery replaced every 2.5-3 years.I know this will turn into a political discussion, but I'm happy they killed the auto start/stop feature. Good riddance.
Wait, people buy these cars with an auto??Manual.

That is correct. Job 1 cars did not have it. But Auto S/S was never a thing on the dark Horse. Most '24 Mustangs dont have it. Only late production 24s do. Thats not exclusive to the DH.
Only if they want to go fast!!Wait, people buy these cars with an auto??

Having it default to off would defeat the purpose and therefore the need for it.My son bought and installed a simple little kit on his Subaru Forester that eliminated the AS/S auto on. It took about 15 minutes to do. Now when he hits the button it enables the feature instead of turning it off. I love it. I should have been off by default. It simply adds wear and tear on the starter motor. I watched his dash monitor when it was on, I think the biggest gas savings was about a tenth of a gallon over an 18 gallon tank full. To me, hardly worth it.
Thankfully, my '25 DH premium doesn't have it at all!
Mira quién está molestoIf EPA gave a shit maybe they should stop bullying us peasants and crack down on people like Bad Bunny who allegedly used his private jet to travel 15 miles from the Super Bowl.
As mentioned before it is outside the US. I do wonder if it is just there but not enabled. As before do Ford really make two versions of the 10R80 for the same car or do they fit the same one to all with the S/S modifications in place, just not in use? That is correct.
