I use the overhead one every day. I can't really justify the expense of adding the convertable version since I don't need both.

It's raining outside, so I am not going out to check. My car, not a convertible, has a sunglasses holder there, or it does not? I usually sit them somewhere on the center console, then floor the gas pedal, then have to search for my sunglasses later somewhere on the floorboard of the back seat.

The video shows how to add the sunglass holder there. If your car is a coupe it doesn't have it.

Yep, coupe have overhead and convertibles on the dashboard. Mine has both now. More storage the better.

Tried the vert sunglass holder a few times, but my Oakley's don't fit to well, so went to the sun visor sunglass clips, works great.

Yeah I found the same problem on the S550 cubby. Had a pair of glasses that wouldn't quite fit. You can also accidentally leave it open and bang your knee on while getting out.
