Didn't seem worth the $2900 up-charge to me.

Me! No interest in the B&O upgrade or copilot360. It wasn’t worth $2900 to me either.

It's probably not worth the cost, but for me I do want the upgraded audio, Copilot 360 assist, memory seats, and the premium trim package is nice too.
Agreed.

For example, I don't think the fancy paint packages (Nite Pony, Bronze, etc.) are worth it. But a lot of other people do.

I say to each his/her own.

For me, I think it's not worth it, but the only reason why I still take it, is because I like the illuminated door things

I'll be getting the 401A for the softer materials and stitching alone. The base interior just looks rental car cheap without the extras.

I got 401A for the full grain leather seats, leather padded armrests and center console, leather wrapped steering wheel, B&O, and Ford Co-Pilot+

I actually get a bit of a better insurance rate with the co-pilot 360+. Plus all the other stuff in the package I also wanted.

I decided not to get the 401a, simply because I never saw a comparison picture to know what I was getting for the money.
As long as you don't mind lots of vinyl and hard plastic and no stitching (other than seats), you'll be fine. :)
