Anyone else place an order but not get an email confirmation from Ford?

I wasn’t done at the dealer until about 7:15pm but I’m wondering if they put my email address in wrong or something. The only thing I was thinking Ford might balk at is the brembo brakes on a car without the power-pack / bigger power-pack wheels as the website didn’t seem to like that combo from what I remember due to clearance possibly but it let him put an invoice together like that. I have a printout similar to everyone else’s.

I haven't yet, but I know why. They put my email in wrong, and my sales rep texted me a few hours after I left, explaining the situation. So I should get my order confirmation tomorrow, when they correct my email.

Hopefully I keep my #1 spot. I was the 1st one in the dealership, and told repeatedly I was the first one, but I understand if they kick me down a few spots because of the error.

Mis-typing, sending to a dead account, not putting it in are common issues.

The rep should be able to confirm quickly in Ford's systems next time they are at work.

Dealer placed my order at 3:19. Had an email from Ford at 3:28. Way faster than I expected

Talking about current prices, the email should even be delivered to an incorrectly specified email address so that you can receive it...

I haven't, but I'm in Canada. I confirmed with my dealer that Ford Canada doesn't send emails out like USA does. He has provided his internal confirmation screen and codes with me, so, I'm satisfied everything is good. LOL.

Contacted my dealer today and they had put my email in wrong. I have a confirmation email from Ford now. Hopefully my priority hasn’t changed but I didn’t see a number like that on the email from Ford or my Ford account like was on my invoice / receipt from the dealer.

Kinda bummed that the error knocked me down from #1 to #19. Hopefully I don't have to wait too much longer as a result.

I didn’t get a email from ford because Canada doesn’t roll that way but I did get an email from my sales manager today giving me a vin# and a build date May 15th

What does “unscheduled clean” mean.

Unscheduled means the order is in the system, but you do not have a build week or VIN.
Clean means the order is able to be scheduled and is error free, so it doesn't need any adjustments to be scheduled. The opposite would be compatibility error or material hold.
