Just a follow up on this... after another round of calls to Ford MoCo in Michigan, to my dealer I purchased the car from in Florida.... I have gotten nowhere in the past 3 weeks.
I called FordMoCo a few days ago and after being bounced around their switchboard, I was told to file a complaint with Ford, over my dealership's lack of response and delivery of what they call "parts". I have talked to 4 different departments in Michigan and no one I have spoken to, has any idea what the red center hubs are, or even the 60th Anniversary Edition is or means. SIgh.
I don't necessarily want to file a complaint against the dealership, as I'm not sure it's their fault they have no correspondence with the supplier.
Can anyone offer a little insight on where to go next, I'd appreciate it.
