I called Ford MoCo today and after beting transferred between multiple different departments off of the main 1-800-392-3673 .... the consensus was the same.... that I had to go back to the dealer I bought it from... so they could file the missing parts order. Dumb thing is, every different...

Let us know how that goes... my dealer in Florida has had zero contact from FordMoCo in the past few months,,, even after I have asked them to call again in the past few weeks.

That would be interesting... I'm guessing it is time to open a case with Ford Customer Service over the issue.

Apparently, mine does not operate that way. It's not selected in the list and it doesn't go away on it's own... whether idling or driving, it's always on. KInd of annoying to say the least.... The fact that my seat belt splash screen stays on until I click it off, probably tells me I will...

Hello there, Is there any way to have the "Seat Belt" reminder window/screen not come up every single time you start the car ? It's not a "huge" deal, but I will say clicking on the dumb "ok" button every day is getting old. First new Mustang I have ever owned... loving it so far.... minus...

On a somewhat similar note... I had my Mustang at a car wash and one of the people washing it asked if I had the Certificate of Origin for it.. My 60th Mustang is the first car I have ever owned that wasn't a "run of the mill" Ford ... so, I'm completely clueless on what it is the person was...

I also called my dealership today ... be curious to see what they can find out. At the end of the day, I'm not out anything, but that pic of the Whimbledon White Ragtop with the red caps, sure looks awesometastic!

I sure hope Ford figures the red center caps out sometime... been waiting since earlyJanuary and my dealer tells me they have no communication from Ford on if/when they are every going to come. :(

Has anyone heard anything more about if the Red Center Caps lately? The dealer I purchased mine from, has said Ford pulled all the materials on them online, etc. and says their Ford rep no longer responds to inquiries on them. :(

My 0002 does NOT really have any options on it, other than it being the 60th. All I wanted was to have a 6 speed instead of an auto, so I got my wish.

The dealier I got mine from, informed me that it sounds like Ford may never deliver on the red center caps. He mentioned the quality issues and that Ford has removed their mentions from various media and publications. I didn’t get ny 60th because of the red caps, but it’s disappointing to hear...
