I finally got my red center caps but not in the way that was expected. Dealer thought he was getting the red ones delivered form Ford but they were black. He took the red ones off a stock model and sent them to me and put the black caps on the stock model.

I have an open case with Customer Service trying to get mine, they are shipping new 60th Anniversary cars with them on already, Customer Service told me that there was no credit issued for them so we are entitled to them, they told me to go to the dealer and get them to create an open repair order and attach the case number to it once that is done they will get to work on getting them sent out!
That's where I'm at with it!

I called Ford MoCo today and after beting transferred between multiple different departments off of the main 1-800-392-3673 .... the consensus was the same.... that I had to go back to the dealer I bought it from... so they could file the missing parts order.

Dumb thing is, every different person I talked to at Ford MoCo ... didn't ever seem to understand the red center caps are supposed to come with the Mustangs....

I still haven't had any success with the dealer on them getting any additional information, so at this point, I seem to have the choice to continue to wait, or to file a complaint against the Ford dealer I bought the car from.

I am not a fan of either option... but now that I have a case # within the Ford system, I am hoping that if/when I do make that complaint, I'll actually get the red center caps.
It's not the only reason or even main reason I have that car... but since it is supposed to be a part of the 60th package we all paid for, we should all have them...

As far as the winners list there are a couple different numbers floating around, I've heard of 181, then this past weekend at the Ford Nationals in Carlisle, PA the gentleman parked next to me stated that there were only 146, so maybe we will know something sooner than later!?

I heard the 146. That is what that Josh thought it was. That’s when he said to get that winners for the exact. So I am going with 146 as of now. Until I, or someone else gets the list or actual number.

Does that mean only 146 Brittany Blue versions were made? Or sold thru the lottery campaign?

From what I was told it's the production numbers

My understanding was they were only producing the number of one won through the lottery. I know some dealers fudged so they could get one. As you already probably know they were trying for 250 Brittany Blues. I am not sure of the 1965 total to be produced would be minus however many BB’s were produced.

Wow. I didn’t know there will be so few BBs. The cars will be valuable in 100 years! Lol.
