I mean look at any special edition car ever let alone the past few years, it is insane the ADM dealers are adding, and getting.

I agree that most rants about things you cannot change are pathetic at best and more importantly can take the fun out of the entire experience.

My car had a couple of manufacturing issues but I didn't bother to post a rant, I dealt with them under warranty and have enjoyed the heck out of my GT since I first pushed the start button

It's all water under the bridge as far as I'm concerned 🤷‍♂️

There were no dealer mark ups on my BB. I was only annoyed at the slimy finance guy at the dealership I picked to have it delivered trying to add all sorts of warranties, service packages etc, that were only for THAT dealership. Also, it seems that anyone who is self employed as a rancher is looked down upon. IDK why that matters, but just the impression I got from the finance guy - but that is another topic so I will not go there.

When I ordered the car I made the dealer sign an agreement that they would not add anything non factory to my mustang including alarms, coatings, extended warranty and to just wash, not wax the car because I had my own Ceramic coating already arranged and my dealer did not break the agreement 😁🤘

Nice! I usually use the same dealership my family has used forever, as he was a also a longtime family friend, however he passed away and the last dealership owned by the same family was sold a few years ago. I had to pick a dealership that I only have had 1 previous purchase with that went great a few years ago. I assume general managers have changed many times since then, and well dealerships are only as good as their GMs and Finance Managers. My experience wasn't too bad but it wasn't the best and could have been much better. Live and learn. Getting ready to take the BB for drive before we get the what Texas is calling an Artic Blast tomorrow.
