60th Anniversary Center Caps

Just a follow up on this... after another round of calls to Ford MoCo in Michigan, to my dealer I purchased the car from in Florida.... I have gotten nowhere in the past 3 weeks.

I called FordMoCo a few days ago and after being bounced around their switchboard, I was told to file a complaint with Ford, over my dealership's lack of response and delivery of what they call "parts". I have talked to 4 different departments in Michigan and no one I have spoken to, has any idea what the red center hubs are, or even the 60th Anniversary Edition is or means. SIgh.

I don't necessarily want to file a complaint against the dealership, as I'm not sure it's their fault they have no correspondence with the supplier.

Can anyone offer a little insight on where to go next, I'd appreciate it.

That would be a pleasant experience... as opposed to being passed along from marketing, to parts, to media relations, to complaints ... with no one having any idea.

I was able to get a set by just ordering them from the parts counter. PN is 6M2Z-1130-J. I know you should get them for free but they were less than $40 for the set.

Wow thanks, I've been to several dealership's trying to order them but none had a part number for them they were only listing the black caps. I'll go hit my dealer up tomorrow.
