I bet they removed the carbon filters and put in aftermarket air filters... took all gains from the internet to heart.
OP there is no non-forced induction tuning available to add power yet and like others have said you'd notice headers.... I wouldn't be afraid of it.

It's on youtube, pretty easy open hood, find the airboxes left and right, pop the clips, open the box, look for yellow paper (stock Ford) or something else like red or blue (aftermarket).

Also, check if they yanked out the carbon traps from the intake tubes. This is a little harder to check, but Youtube shows how to remove them.

I just checked air filters are blue. Is that an issue that could cause warranty issues?
