Ford does areo design very well imo. Between this, and the latest Ford gt, they're masters at making higher performance cars with aggressive areo that are still sexy as hell. I do agree with one of the above comments that the wing is a little big, but it's obviously there for s reason. Give it a couple of generations and Ford will probably have an active areo wing that completely tucks into the body when it's not in use or something.

Well I hope the wing doesn't wiggle and vibrate as much as the one racing at Daytona over the weekend.

Hate that wing, but the rest looks good

I could only imagine what that wing would look like on a GT, or even the economical EcoBoost...

The rear valance is identical other than the vents. Shouldn't be hard to imagine.
Fair enough. I will admit I do like how the wing looks (just curious how much outward visibility is compromised). But while I could see it work on a GT or a Dark Horse, I'd feel like an EcoBoost having one would look like compensating for something lacking. (And I say this as the guy who owns an EcoBoost, and cheers them on whenever I see/hear them at meets where the ratio is overwhelmingly in favor of V8s.)

It’s a Cook looking Car. 🚗
The back Wing leaves something to be desired!
I just don’t understand where some of these So Called Engineers are coming from?
A rear Wing shouldn’t be that difficult to design?
I know I don’t always know what way the Wind Blows?

If you know anything about aerodynamics and downforce, the engineers probably spent hundreds of hours in the windtunnel fine tuning the back wing. The 4th pic down is an illusion, the wing is not as wide as it appears. If you look at 2nd pic down, you don't see it protruding past the fender wells. Wings are not supposed to look pretty, there are supposed to be functional and I'm quite sure the one on the GTD is. Hell the one I had on my race car was ugly, but did its job.

After further review,
Good Point!
