96 Mustang GT, 24 Red Dark horse premium Manual
Specs per the manual are 150. I’d be concerned to run with them at 110.
It's probably not a big deal if you're not pushing the car hard, but if you are, the wheel could work loose over time if there is any movement or give in the lug nuts.

it does also say to retighten 100 miles after wheel disturbances, id consider cross country shipping to be a disturbance.

Mine definitely didn’t feel like 150 when i took them off but i wasn’t having issues. But they are at 150 now after doing spacers
