I have a few questions... I own a 2024 GT Premium.

When I change modes with the "MODE" button on the steering wheel to "TRACK MODE", everything seems to change to "TRACK MODE" except the steering mode stays in "SPORT MODE". I know I can personalize MODES, but shouldn't the steering change modes too if I change modes?

I also know the previous Mustangs could go from Sport Mode to Sport+ Mode...is that a thing on a 2024?

I appreciate any answers that any 2024 owners could help with. Thanks.

If you change from normal mode to sport mode, the steering changes from normal to sport, as it should. When you move to track mode, the steering stays in sport mode since there isn’t a track mode for steering.

Thanks for the explanation. I have had hours on end yet to spend in the car, but I'll learn as I go.

Not true. You can create custom modes and save them. You will need to select it on start up.
Does your custom mode reflect on the dash screen? Even when using custom modes, mixing different mode settings for magneride, steering and computer/engine/shift response, it doesn’t show those appropriate icons on my dash. It seems that despite the custom mode option, the car allows only its factory standard mode settings (all settings to normal, sport, etc.) for all settings besides steering feel.

I honestly haven't looked for the icons on the screen when in my custom modes. I'll check.

Don't feel bad. I just recently discovered you can change the steering setting via the button on the steering wheel for the first time and I've had the car since April.

Ford needs to fix it where you can change everything individually. The throttle response and magneride are tied to the their respective drive modes 👎🏼

Example: I love the throttle response of Sport Mode, but the comfort on normal magneride side settings. But can't have both under one profile.

Also, under Sport Mode, I believe I saw the steering mode show S+, which is also locked to the Sport mode profile.

On a side note......Track mode is so different than any other mode. The throttle is almost non-existent for the first 1/4 of the pedal travel, once it hits 3K-4K RPM is a beast for sure.

Mine does - as in the icons reflect the custom mode settings

I drove mine new from California to Arizona and I didn't know that either until a week later or so later.
