  1. Bill Ford on preserving the Mustang into future generations

I mean not everyone knows or even cares like we do. That goes for any enthusiast group not just cars so calling them an idiot is extreme. Lol
  2. Bill Ford on preserving the Mustang into future generations

People will find it ridiculous but it is true. A lot of normal people don’t realize the Mustang is still around. For example, couple of co-workers were talking about the Mustang and kept saying how they hate that it’s turned into a SUV and the coupe is gone. Lol That’s kinda the price of naming...
  3. Great News for V8s and ICE Vehicles in General

Yeah in that video I thought his take on affordable performance sedan was interesting. Makes me wonder if he’s backtracking on some of the previous rumors of the Mach 4 and has enough confidence in beating China to the punch stateside with something new.
  4. November 2025 Mustang Sales & Production Figures: 4,207 Sold / 5,930 Produced

I agree. Started off shaky with the shortages, when production picked up they sat on lots, but then incentives helped propel sales last year. Now it’s just slowly going back down with Ford taking things away like the frunk I read. From what Farley said in an interview, the new EV platform could...
  5. Forest Auto Review’s Farley Interview

Thought this interview is interesting and gave a lot of hints on future stuff. Seems like Farley is thinking of a performance sedan EV, and the off road supercar he wants is looking more like the T1+
  6. Ford to reveal all-new road-going race car on January 15... GT500 successor?!

I still think it’ll be inspired by the T1+ It is a 2 door, 2 seater, front mid engined car I believe…. which is still a recipe for an off road ā€œsuperā€ car. It’s also just a tube frame rally car, so maybe creating some unibody version isn’t out of the realm of possibility. But a RS200 would be...
  7. Comparison Test: Mustang GTD Takes on 911 GT3 RS

I mean I’d take a GTD over the 911 if I had the scratch. Although people hate it’s a hopped up Mustang (some parts of that I understand) at least the service shouldn’t be too crazy.
  8. Faster GTD prototype testing at the 'ring

As a marketing guy, Farley just knew after the Chevy run (and his comment after) that a hotter GTD would get eyes. I agree with you though.
  9. Where does the 'brand' go from here?

For sound they just need to embrace that rally car, anti-lag, turbo noise. It lends to the DNA/character of that type of car anyways. That was something Ken Block kinda helped Ford capture with the Focus RS.
  10. Where does the 'brand' go from here?

I like this idea. It actually makes sense with the whole ā€œtake on Porscheā€ idea but at an affordable level. Make the escort basically a import fighter. Maybe add AWD.
  11. Where does the 'brand' go from here?

Yeah I hope they abandon the stupid branding exercise and bring back legendary nameplates. Mustang should be sacred like the 911.
  12. RTR Spec 5 Specs and Details - Car and Driver Article

Someone said Vaughn is like the modern Carroll which is ridiculous…. Then realized he essentially created a RWB for Mustangs!!!! Lol. Take away the fact he doesn’t put on the kits himself.
  13. RTR Spec 5 Specs and Details - Car and Driver Article

One of those situations where you know the companies won’t lend out their car for testing and owners wouldn’t either. The idea of spending that kind of money on their car and it didn’t perform would hurt.
  14. Hybrid Mustang (S650E) is on the Horizon!

Most of the issues I see people having with him has to do with the contradictions. He pushed the performance yes, but always follows up with some weird statement..
  15. Mustang sales total 3,235 in August 2025

I kinda get it though, a lot of soldiers used to buy the same sidearms they were issued with in the military as an example (almost guilty of that with the sigs but dodged that bullet 😬) Just creatures of habit I guess.
  16. Mustang sales total 3,235 in August 2025

Wouldn’t really translate that well since the segment itself is a huge factor. That’s what I was getting at.
  17. Mustang sales total 3,235 in August 2025

That’s a completely different segment though and situation. A SUV only being a coupe in today’s market with a whole bunch of 4 doors is like tying your arms behind your back sales wise. That analogy would work if say the Focus was a 3 door hatch and you make it have a 5 door option when small...
  18. Mustang sales total 3,235 in August 2025

This is what I’m thinking. I don’t know where the idea came from that it would help.
  19. Mustang sales total 3,235 in August 2025

That’s interesting, why don’t you think so? If it’s the only sedan in their lineup it should do alright. (kinda why I think it would be a great opportunity to use a new name) My fear with how things have been ran would be them thinking it still LOOKS like a Mustang so let’s just replace it...
