Well, Centri-style blowers make more power further into the RPMs. With your supporting mods, I would guess you would be in the 800's. I am no centri expert, but I have seen videos of DH and GTs with ESS systems making very good power.

Check out Patbuilt Performance on YouTube. He is a builder/tuner that does a lot of Mustangs. He has Whipple, Turbo, and Centri cars getting mods, then they dyno-tune the cars. Good channel; he talks through the process.

He has X impeller, I think R will give more whp, same as forged wheels and carbon driveshaft, hope it will be 720-730

Cobra jet - replaced with stock s650 manifold
CAI filter - made new pipe as stock not compatible with g3r turbo

How do you mean their not 100% compatible with the car? What happened exactly? This was the kit i was looking into. Sorry you had issues i was just curious because i was thinking of getting this or the ProCharger kit. Aren't they supposed to be for this motor/car.?

I believe that you will need a different adapter with the Cobra Jet intake. The stock manifold TB's are at a different angle than the Cobra Jet with the attachment you had. You'll notice that they angle up, which gives the bends from the ESS kit the clearance needed. You may need to speak to Backhurst? (spelling) about this.

Should your kit have come with a CAI filter? I am not familiar with the ESS kits. Most use a screen system with that setup. Good to see you adapted and got it on.

regarding ESS kit
1. Guide don’t show all instructions what to do with Dark Horse grile
2. Pipe from turbo don’t fit on it = making new one. Pipe 95mm, Turbo 101mm
3. Filter has no place to be installed, as there is no space for him, we cut metal tunnel between pipe and filter
4. Dual pipe to throttles is so f**** heavy!
5. Mounts of turbo - had a lot of issues to become them straight

regarding adapter for CJ
Called to Boschma to USA and asked to send asap his new one for Ess - he sent, but hood don’t close with it and is is very difficult to connect dual pipe with it

but I used g3 on my Mach1 and it gave good numbers so I am waiting for my dyno day

BTW, as I am in Russia, Lund LRX soft don’t work here) I used to change location, language and some other settings in Windows for using it
