This is the second time I have seen water on the black, plastic Mustang passenger door sill. See the attached photo. Any ideas from where it is coming from and where I should look? I checked the two door holes and they were not clogged.

Thanks!

Do you know if the intrusion occurred when driving, or when sitting idle during a rainstorm? I see a fairly long length of water remains outside of the inner door seal. That makes me wonder if , making me wonder if it is coming in the window seal and working its way down through the door. (the water is accumulating between the inner seal and outer seal) Actually the pic angle doesn't show the outer seal so you may want to check to see if the outer seal is attached to the bottom of the door correctly.

I believe it happened while driving.

its outside the weather stripping so its not getting in the car

Inner door panel splash shield, potentially the seal isn’t.

My '24 and '26 both get wet there in rain or after a wash. I've seen the same on stock units at work. Normal condition.

Mine does that after washes, especially if i use a blower. That’s technically outside of the car where it’s collecting

Thanks everyone for the input, especially the photo of the Inner door panel splash shield.
