  1. Just got a recall 2024 Mustang - 26C40 ENGINE HARNESS GROUND EYELET REPLACEMENT

Does anyone know how long of a job this will take a mechanic to fix?
  2. Just got a recall 2024 Mustang - 26C40 ENGINE HARNESS GROUND EYELET REPLACEMENT

Just saw this today when I logged into FORD. I have a 2026 Mustang GT Premium, A10. Issue Date 2026-08-25 Campaign 26C40/26V547 Description On your vehicle, it may be possible for certain engine wire harness grounds to become broken under normal use. Depending on which ground eyelet fractures...
  3. Refueling is difficult

I noticed the same thing on my previous 2020 and 2023 Mustang GT California Specials. Thankfully, I live in NJ where the gas attendants do it. When I drive out of state, I get multiple clicks from the pumps at various gas stations.
  4. UPDATED: 5 Months Later - AWE SwitchPath Cat-Back Review (2024 Mustang GT)

Even with my old exhaust, I never hit 7k rpm. LOL! I'm going to try when I take it on the highway:)
  5. UPDATED: 5 Months Later - AWE SwitchPath Cat-Back Review (2024 Mustang GT)

I just had the AWE Switchpath Exhaust installed on my 2026 Mustang GT Premium with active exhaust. Krisk from GA (member name) was 100% on the mark with how this cat-back exhaust system sounds. It's not loud and obnoxious, but it is deep sounding like bass (old school muscle car sound). My...
  6. Disappointed

I ordered my 2026 Mustang GT Premium back in November 2025. I did not get mine until Easter weekend.
  7. If you’re on the fence about X PIPE, listen to the sound clips in this video

I know this thread is old, but I have a S650 GT Premium with active exhaust and Ford Performance X pipe. After running this setup for about 2 months, the tips on both sides have sagged (twisted) a bit. I'm wondering if the sagging (twisting) eventually stops or does it keep rotating?
  8. Water Visible Inside on Black Mustang Passenger Door Sill

Thanks everyone for the input, especially the photo of the Inner door panel splash shield.
  9. Water Visible Inside on Black Mustang Passenger Door Sill

2026 Mustang Gt Premium, Coup, 1500 miles. This is the second time I have seen water on the black, plastic Mustang passenger door sill. See the attached photo. Any ideas from where it is coming from and where I should look? I checked the two door holes and they were not clogged. Thanks!
  10. AT Shifting poorly when cold

Hey guys. I have a 2026 Mustang GT Premium, A10. I'm closing in on 1,300 miles. Here is what I have noticed so far with the A10: On the first drive of the day, if I take off in Sport mode, 1st gear hangs and when it finally shifts into 2nd, it is harsh. It's definitely throttle sensitive. The...
  11. First Start-up and Driver's side seat shakes when I put on the AC - Goes Away When Car is Warmed Up

I just took ownership of it just prior to Easter. I had the AC on one other time on initial start-up, and I noticed it. It happened again the other day. The weather has not been very favorable for the AC. I'm going to continue doing some testing. My first service is at 5k.. I'll bring it up...
  12. First Start-up and Driver's side seat shakes when I put on the AC - Goes Away When Car is Warmed Up

2026 Mustang GT Premium, A10, 1400 miles. When I put my AC on during the first start-up of the day and car is in park, my driver's side seat shakes. The shaking becomes less noticeable as the car warms up and I put it in drive. If I turn my AC on after the car has been running for awhile, I...
  13. X-pipe installation

Hey guys! I'll be having a shop install the FORD Performance X Pipe on my 2026 GT Premium this Monday. On my 2020 and 2023, we had to make sure we left enough room on the passenger side actuator so it would not rub against the back. Any known issues with the S650?
  14. Active Exhaust Pop, Backfire, and/or Some Other Loud Noise When Slowing Down

When your car made that noise due to the output shaft, was it one single noise? Did it happen everytime you were slowing down? Thanks for the input.
  15. Active Exhaust Pop, Backfire, and/or Some Other Loud Noise When Slowing Down

Thanks for chiming in. It's definitely random and does not happen all the time, but when it does occur, it is while I am slowing down after accelerating. Seems to happen when the car is hot (driven for a while). I'm just not used to it. My 2020 and 2023 S550 with Ford Performance X Pipe did not...
  16. Active Exhaust Pop, Backfire, and/or Some Other Loud Noise When Slowing Down

Ha! Ha! Today 75 and sunny. Tomorrow, rain and not getting past 50:( Typical April weather
  17. Active Exhaust Pop, Backfire, and/or Some Other Loud Noise When Slowing Down

Thanks for chiming in. I just find it weird that my 2020 and 2023 S550's with active exhaust did not do this.
