So I am back! Been a while. I've been doing other things, running around in my BRaptor, getting the classic together.
So, where to start? The last time I was active here I had a 2017 GT350. Well, since then, I purchased a 21 GT500, I made the mistake of selling it, decided the 68 and the BRaptor were not scratching an itch, so I went back on the search. I had first thought I would purchase another GT350, an R this time around. Then I remembered, as some of you long-time folks may also remember, my GT350 going boom, and the fight I had to get the engine replaced. Then I thought, hmm get another GT500...or maybe a Super Snake....The GT350 (SoA) doesn't look bad, but again, I thought, well, hmm...I want to row gears again (GT500 out). The Super Snakes are really expensive, and the ones I found were auto...also I was not a fan of paying close to 100k for a 2020-2022 vehicle...Super Snake or not.
So that brought me to start looking at the S650. I have not really paid much attention to them because some I did not like the styling. Others, ok. So I bridged that gap and started my research. I found that the DarK Horse was the reincarnation of the GT350 in spirit. Tremic, 5.0, handling, it's a place to start. So I decided that this would be the platform. I searched and I found a setup. I'm pretty happy with this choice. So now, this will be it. I will be back, not with an Shelby, but with a Dark Horse. A WarHorse.
