This was shockingly expensive when I checked on it.

It aint cheap. The front clip will likey run you 1k-1.5k. The whole car is around 3k +.

Full retail for cermaic is typically around $1200-$1500. Most of that is the labor cost of polishing and preparation of the surface. Again, you can shop around a bit for this. Id avoid big shops and try to find an independent detailer.

This was shockingly expensive when I checked on it.

Stek- Forceshield
10 years warranty, half a year free interior and exterior clean up and ppf check up within that price for mentioned warranty time.

Price: 110k CZK = @ 5.250 USD

Later, I am going to strip trunk top lid panel PPF after 5 to 7 years (top panels are the most exposed to sun / vulnerable) for it’s lifetime estimation reasons.
Therefore this way I am planning to “test” removal easiness of exposed PPF to see and prevent / avoid possible future damages to paint as mentioned in previous post above.

Since garaged, I would love to see 10 years if PPF’s life, but very worried, honestly
Ready to strip it by 7th year, in case, NP.
I would consider 2nd new PPF reapplication thereafter, since the car will stay with me 15+ years, at minimum.

The only question I have unanswered is:
What would the reapplication TOTAL PRICE be. That is unclear to me yet.
Striping old PPF, + paint prep. + new PPF reapplication … Won’t be same price tag I believe … :(

It just looks like an area that would be struck a lot, since it sticks out, not as much as a 911 Porsche, but it does stick out.

Yes. As mentioned, you should do it if you have a wide wheel and tire package. Like the DH handling pack. My Mach 1 kicked stuff up all over that area because of the 10.5" wheels and 305 tires.

I have PP wheels and tires on my current GT and they dont seem to be wide enough to throw up deris in front of the rear tires. I did get the DH splash guards to protect the lower rear area BEHIND the rear wheels.

I did everything you were thinking about, but the roof. I had the headlights tinted and also had PPF installed on the bumper behind the trunk lid where it protects loading and unloading. If you do the roof, do the whole roof. I also did the mirrors and wish I did the fenders.
