I took out the 2 bolts behind the wheel which are for the k member I think. I was reinstalling the strakes. One of the bolts went in fine but the other one was very hard to go in. It eventually broke while I was putting it back in. I did notice that the hole was a bit misaligned from factory. Now like 3/4 of the bolt is in and the rest broke off.

What do I do now?

Judging by the placement of your jack stand there, I would wager that the hole was not misaligned from the factory. Rather it was the jack stand causing things to shift with the weight of the front end on it once the bolts were removed.

Regardless, you're in a bit of a pickle there.

Warranty isn't likely to cover the repair because it wasn't like that until you removed and tried to reinstall the bolt. Therefore, not Ford's fault. You may be able to talk them out of some goodwill though.

If not, you'll be covering the cost of replacing the part unless you feel like attempting to drill the broken bolt out and repairing the threads with something like a Heli-coil. I'd never recommend a Heli-coil though. There are far better, and stronger, types of thread repair inserts available; but even then it would be an 'at your own risk' kind of thing and probably a royal pain while still installed on the car.

I actually placed the jack there after to see if it will help align the hole. The jack was not there before.

Can I drive on this? Is it drivable enough to take to a dealership or body shop?

Spray with penetrating oil or PB Blaster, then try an easy out? Obviously you'll need to take the load off as mentioned.

Drill it, easy out it.
If that fails drill it very carefully with a larger bit that's smaller than the thread diameter, clean up the threads with a tap. Next will be thread repair.
Job done.

To aftaid to do anything with it now. Might just buy replacement bolts from ford and go to a repair shop and have them remove and install.
I think at this point my main concern is can I drive like this for a short while?

with the amount of force I had to apply to make this go in and then get broken off im scared even easy out might not work

OK, whatever you're comfortable with. As an aside, it's well worth learning some mechnical skills if you don't have confidence now.
It's saved me many thousands of bucks.

When they're going in hard, it's the backing out that usually ends up breaking them.

So, when they say to try an EZ-Out, don't!

The bolt itself, is hard enough. You do not want to drill through tool hardening.

Sounds to me like you are a novice at these things (no offense) and a competent shop can fix it for you. Bite the bullet, find a shop, have it towed, let them do it.

Chances are what remains is sufficient, while the additional remain in place, to drive to a shop - just don’t hot rod much.

or as was suggested flatbed to repair location.

don’t let a slip up get you down ….

A welder at Harbor Freight is like $100 I would just weld the head of that bolt or another Bolt weld them together and then just screw it out
