Hope this helps someone in the future who might land on this from the Google.

Both wiper nozzles wouldn't spray. Pump audible, no visible leak at tank or in engine compartment.

Fix: remove hood liner (pop out Christmas tree pins with trim removal tool). Then activate the wiper fluid, observe for fluid drips. My red circled hose connection was disconnected and dripping. It's a plastic C-clamp type connection. Twist the clamp (either direction) to unlock it. This allows you to plug in the hose properly, then clamp it on locked again.

Looking back, I noticed the salesman repeatedly run the wipers when he first got in to pull it out of the parking area (leftover '25 model, windshield was covered in a thick layer of dust). "Why not squirt some wiper fluid?" I thought. Now I know he probably tried, it just didn't work.

Ford quality :curse:

Errors on assembly lines typically affect multiple examples and are not usually one offs, especially for something federally mandated like wipers (which include functional washers). You can bet your bottom dollar we'd have heard about a recall for a screw up this vital.

I don't this was another example of Ford's wanting quality (though they sure have made it easy for weird assumptions like this one to seem plausible.) Stuff like this usually happens on dealer lots - especially since most of them won't pay for even basic security. Cars sitting unlocked long enough are targets for scalpers. Likewise, it's not unheard of for some shady service department techs to pull parts from unsold new inventory to meet deadlines or quotas in the dealer repair shop. While Ford's quality needs improvement in 2026, I think it's more likely your car had an unfortunate encounter with someone who is just fine with cutting corners.

Regardless, this incident clearly falls under warranty. I would take the car to another dealership to get the wiper washer repaired and call it a day.

Does anyone else have a huge delay between pulling for fluid and it actually starting to spray? I mean like 3 or 4 seconds maybe more.

I have the same delay.

This seems to have been a common complaint when I was looking up my own issue. I noticed that on my previous '25 GT as well. It seems the fluid evaporates out of the top of the lines easily so they need to fill up again on next requested spray

OK, thanks I thought it was just me but its way too slow. Will for sure put that on the negative if they ask for a satisfaction survey.

Different piece, but the person installing my PPF noticed one of my hood vents wasn't bolted down. It was just sitting, bare posts in holes keeping it in-place. Maybe I would have eventually caught it. He saw the problem while he had the hood liner removed.

I don't think it is related to evaporation. I feel it is more of a leak down situation. The pump losing its prime as fluid goes back towards the reservoir. Could be an crack in the system somewhere or the pump. Mine takes a second or two, then has a slight spurt and then kicks in. Does it in the cold and in the hot weather. However I haven't done anything with it or popped the hood and examined it.

I am in no way failing to acknowledge the annoyance of the op's post - but - I have watched several lengthy videos of the Mustang assembly line in action. The number of individual parts (a fair number of them from third party suppliers) and the speed with which they are assembled leaves me in awe that there are not more issues that we have to correct. I think on one video they said there were 50 parts groupings in a Mustang door.

What? I guess I missed where this made sense.
I explained that the issue with the wiper is far more likely to occur at the dealership rather than Ford's factory, and BummerDriver highlighted a typo on my post as though my original point didn't stand.

I guess I was supposed to be upset that my mistake was highlighted, but it's the Internet and trolls be trollin'.
