Heater Core Hose Issue

Just wanting to hear some feed back.
Had 2 WOT pulls back to back. No pops or anything but saw fluid come up on the windshield so let off mid pull.
Pull into the garage and saw the smoke coming up from under the hood. Popped the hood and saw the hose undone.
Anyone else run into this issue. Luckily I was right outside the neighborhood when it happened.

Wow that is not good. Defective clamp maybe. Much coolant loss. No harm done I wouldn't think.

Considering the position it could have been damaged when the supercharger was fitted?

As already said, 99% something happened when the supercharger has been installed. But you'll never know.

Kits been on for about 6 months. Just glad it gave where it did.
Now to wait for the new hose to come in.
