My wife's 24 GT is close to being finished. Bought it last fall. We have added a stage 2 whipple, whipple crusher open air boxes, upr dual oil return, borla s type cat back with quad tips, ford racing springs, stainless power long tube headers. Work was done at Brenspeed.

Next up wider wheels and tires, probably going away from black. Might be next summer though.

Thank you, her and I thought on it for a while! The black plate they offered last year was perfect.

Measuring 0.5m from the exhaust is ridiculous. I would expect many "ordinary" cars in stock form might not pass.

Welcome to Canada.
If you think it’s better elsewhere then by all means.

Also having a law on the books vs it actually being actively enforced are two entirely different things.

Cool build OP. I plan to stay with the factory active exhaust. I would like to do headers though.

Did I strike a nerve? Yes having a law on the book and having it actively enforced a very different things you are correct. Let me know after you get your headers installed.

The only thing this car didnt have was the active exhaust. Makes no sense to have every option but that lol. Had to do something it was too quiet. Honestly would have found one with active exhaust if I had to do it over again.

That’s how I ended up with my dark horse. Couldn’t find magneride, b&o, and active exhaust on a gt premium. I hate the cloth seats though.

The active exhaust gets proper rowdy in track mode. I’m very very happy with it given its OE.

My province is filled with a surprising number of idiots who have grievances directed at the wrong level of government and think the province leaving Canada is a fantastic idea that will benefit them and everyone else.

Ah, yes; I hear you and understand. Pretty crazy stuff going on with that movement. As a former PPCLI member I'm disappointed in the thought of something like that occuring.

For those of us at the centre of the universe (aka Ontario) the Highway Traffic Act is a Provincial Legislation and the noise stuff is specifically governed under the Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations. Most Officers won't stop you based solely on this however if you are doing something else then this will be added to the bill fo sho!

Some Municipalities have their own additional guidelines that can be even more restrictive.

You guys have your own flavor of that under the Traffic Safety Act. Also a provincial thing.

Thanks for the 8th grade civics lesson? I glossed over the specifics because admins on this site get mad at anyone speaking against conservatives. Your post reads like AI slop.
