I put mine up at the end of October. Then we preceded to have the driest and warmest winter on record. I don't think the salt trucks have been out once. It's too late to back down now though... I know for a fact that if I take it for a drive, we'll get blasted with 2 feet of snow the next day.

We have a very wet climate, but no snow/salt. Since the early 90's I've only had one car rust and that was due to a really bad windscreen replacement.
My wife's '91 Skyline lived outside and did not have any rust when we sold it in 2006.
It's quite rare now to see rusted out cars like we saw in the 80's.

It rained here in Southern CA and its been in the mid 60s...had get out my winter jacket!!......luckily gets back into the low 70s next week.....just like it was the week before.......

So our state burns down every few years....and the next big earthquake might cause us to fall into the ocean......and our taxes/gas prices/house prices are high......at least we have good weather lol

Jeflon,
I feel ya. I'm less than 30 miles from Pennsburg. Temps this week are going to be better, and we're supposed to get rain, so hopefully the snow will be leaving soon. Snow in March is definitely a possibility! Glenn
glenng6,
Looks like we're in for more fun on Sunday! Just when we were gaining progress on the spring thaw! Dang groundhog didn't give us a good outcome again this year!! Hopefully it won't amount to a whole lot of snow and will melt off fast. Jeff

Always one in the crowd. I tend to hold my vehicle for an average of 2 decades. I am the next guy that I am saving it for.

Agreed! I can't wait for warmer weather. I want my top down already! Glenn

I feel your pain! Mine has been on the tender since the 2nd week of November. I just started her last week for the first time since she went into storage. I've been dying to get out and do some driving content for my personal vlog but all I have available is the 2013 Mazda 6 winter beater. Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

What about sitting in the sun on those 110 degree days? 😰
Yea July and August suck. Car is garage parked but those two months it’s definitely hot. Can’t complain the rest of the year though.

That Vegas weather sounds AMAZING! I was there in May one time and it was 99 in shade 🄵,,, such ya beautiful place for a drive!! Cold, wet, and rainy; turning to snow this evening in NE PA. We are expecting another 8 to 12 inches. 😩 My Vapor Blue has been in hibernation since December 1st, hopefully 1 more month to go!? April 1st is my target month to bring her back to life and I can't wait hear those horses sing! Cheers fellas, thank you for all your great communication through this long cold winter. Jeff
