So far I've had very good luck with the eBay parts. It's just a shame that CJ and am are just so far out of the loop

The grilles arrived pakaged well and are soIid well built and are finished nicely in shadow black has a nice sparkle to the finish from what i was able to see lastnight in the lamp light. I will take pics when i get home, in the sunlight. Hoping to install soon. Just wish there was more side grille options and not just the rtr ones.

If everyone like the look of the dark horse then why didn't they just buy one. I'm old school and back in the day up badging a car was frowned upon.

Going from a GT that u can get at least in 24 for 30's to the Darkhorse that is around 60K+ some people cant justify the extra $$$$$

and at this point swapping whole body panels wouldn't say is up badging.... not like he put a Darkhorse logo on it or anything? No one is calling their GT or Darkhorse a GTD

I did want to buy one dealer tried to stick a specalty car fee to the tune of 36k i sad eff off saw an atlas blue gt down the road. Bought that. Upbadging is not the same as changing up parts. Up badging is when you change the bading and try to pass it off as a dh. Also that grille flows better and i like the look.

i think its that most people are just more reasonable nowadays, and the people who care mostly draw the line at badging

Okay re badging is when you try and make your car look like a more expensive models they also now you have gen Z that calls them tribute or clone cars.

As long as someone doesn't put the badging on and try to pass it off as another model I'm good. I build mine to look as i want but to improve performance. When I'm don't it will look nothing like a DH. When I'm at shows i get asked that more than a few times and I'm parked nest to my friends actual Darkhorse.
