d
cheap?

US designed car interiors are like children's toys compared to almost any other manufacturer on the planet, except for cars that are destined for the US Market.

The interiors of every toyota I have owned in the last 20 years, and I have owned 5, are far superior to any Ford I have owned in the same time period and that number is also 5

If you watch any of the Top Gear re-runs when it was Clarkson, May and Hammond, any time they had an American car in a comparison to a Euro car, the universal complaint was the cheap plastic and textures in the US cars.

The worst American car I ever owned as far as interiors go was my 94 Corvette

The best car I ever owned as far as interior was a Porsche
They are very plasticky and cheap looking. Not sure why American manufacturers think the interior is an afterthought.

A mustang may not be fast as far as track cars go, but they are pretty damn fast as far as daily’s or regular traffic goes. It takes all of 6 seconds to be going fast enough to be handcuffed and get your car impounded on the street. Hopefully the supercharger gives you what you’re looking for, although considering the previous cars you have had I think it will be fun at first and get boring quick.

Ferrari still cannot fix there sticky button issue. 40 years and they cannot figure a fix!
Anything but the engine in a Ferrari has serious build quality issues lol. The interior quirks and problems are pretty well known in the collecting community.

I love all kinds of different cars. I am very happy with my Mustang purchase.

I have had so many great cars from Subaru’s to Ferrari’s and have loved them all.

I would love to share my other cars but apparently there is too much hate on this forum so I will refrain.

I ran a cars and coffee and all cars were welcome from the slowest to the fastest. We have to encourage the younger generation to find their love of cars.

Doesn’t matter what you can afford if you love cars your my people!

The paint isn’t very good either. If you want good paint you pay for triple layer which comes with a
$40,000 price tag.

I have a buddy who owns a 911 and Ferrari Maranello. He's just a regular dude who likes a wide variety of cars. Both are amazing cars for very different reasons. It's crazy how jealous and stupid some people act when you drive a car like that. Especially when most of us would drop serious coin on similar cars if we had that kind of disposable income

Anyway, yeah the Mustang is a serious performance downgrade from those 3 cars mentioned. But obviously we are comparing Apples to Oranges. So no flamimg needed here. But yes, a super charger will help A LOT. Enjoy.

As for the interior comments - the 7th gen Mustang is significantly better inside than the previous two generations. But it's still an American car. Most imports have better build quality and design inside by far (Ferraris do not lol). I do think Toyota interiors are extremely bland and boring though. The new Hyundai's are absolutely killing it with luxury and build quality.
Hyundai for real specially the Palisades

I think the interior in this generation is 1000% better than before.
Agreed. So many people fixate on the screens. Coming from two S550s, I was shocked at much I like the S650 interior. It is so much more refined, at least in premium form.

Yep. My wife's new Premium Tucson looks like a Lexus inside.
Had a 22 Explorer ST wanted another one priced one out $67K 🫣

Friend has a Palisade went to the Hyundai dealer wow 😮 bought a brand new 25 Caligraphy Night Edition FULLY LOADED FOR $51K and 0% financing for 60 (free money)

Now it ain’t an ST - performance wise for sure but it still has balls and moves right along. Their paint work isn’t the greatest but the Tech, the engine, creature comforts are TOP NOTCH.

Hope it holds up, - loving it for the moment…?

Edited:

Because the man seems to be for real kudos on the cars. Please accept my apology for acting like an ASS…

So sorry, my man šŸ‘šŸ»
It’s all good, we are all car people or we wouldn’t spend our time on the internet talking about them.

... my last 3 cars were a 2021 Porsche 911 turbo S cab with 650 hp. A 2021 Ferrari F8 Tributo with 720hp and a Tesla Model S Plaid with 1020hp.
If you Whipple your Mustang to 800+ horsepower, you can at least have more fun trying to get traction than those awd and/or mid engined cars. :)
