I’ve been doing it for 10 years .
I actually brought my bike to a dealership to test it out before ordering my 15gt.
I just putt the back seats down , put a thick towel over my bumper/trunk to protect paint, then I remove front tire and slide her in. Now that I have a more serious , larger mountain bike, I remove pedals to make it easier.
now I can drive an hour to the trail and enjoy both my passions!
Can’t do that with a Camaro! Lol

1) It gives the ford dealer a reason to deny powertrain warranty claims. Yes Americans have the magnuson-moss act, but have a good time fighting ford on that. Dealers probably won't touch your car once they find out.

2) Not yet, I think I read before the end of this year the ford performance tunes are supposed to come out, but I'm not sure if that's changed with the availability of 3rd party tunes.

I’ve been corresponding with Jugernaut.
I never really heard of them much before but I like what he has to say about how they use the flex logic HP tuners is providing in their tunes.
Anyone else ever use them?

Update- I spoke with Wengerd and it looks like they will be finalizing their Flex tune programming in the near future. I was very happy with them on my Mach 1 so I will be patient and see what they say.
It was interesting, Juggernaut told me they had HP tuners add some missing tables for the S650 to take better advantage of the ethanol content on the flex tune. I liked hearing that. so they are still in the running as well.

Just to add some salt to the soup, I've been tuning my Mustang GT PP for about six weeks now using HPTuners and the MPVI3, and I've been able to follow and express the basic workflow of calibration. It's true it's the ragged edge, all in Beta, but the software works for fueling calibration and power-adding tricks. I've been talking to various tuners for months, on here and a few other places, including some mentioned in this thread, and learned a few wild things:

1.) Trade Tuners have developed good templates, and the business model relies on slapping these templates onto ECU's and then offering support. For the reputable, this model works great. For the less-than-stellar, it's a naked cash grab. For both, true fuel calibration that optimizes all 25 Mapped Points and gets fuel-trims within 2% across the whole powerband is not in the cards: it's too time-consuming and logging-intensive. Because the Gen IV operates in Closed-Loop under high load with a blazing fast ECU, the computer can nanny these "peel and stick" tunes to great effect on stock vehicles. If you were to add Long-Tube Headers though, they might work, but the calibration would be off up to 15% (or thereabouts, not looking to litigate), with closed-loop fuel trims constantly hunting. You'd be leaving power on the table without time-consuming, full Speed Density calibration, since SD governs trims this generation (mostly, and like the F150) rather than MAF.

2.) AI is being leveraged by tuners for all sorts of things, for sharing information, and even the specifics of intake/exhaust angles and overlap for Ghost Cam Tunes. As one tuner talks to the AI, the AI consolidates this info, and shares with other tuners in the community, along with published documentation on the web. I find this truly fascinating, with implications for my own work in the area.

3.) The tuning "camps" are competitive, and watching one another carefully, with some tuners approaching others with accusations of "shenanigans!" No poach!

4.) I still seem to be one of the few DIY tuners in the scene, tuning my own car, and will be continuing to release tuning tutorials for basic, full SD fuel calibration over the coming weeks. Just the basics, which is all you need near stock to find that 15 - 25 HP on 94 pump gas. I'll start investigating E85 tuning though; I can activate it, but still need to optimize and "idiot-proof" it, with me being the Chief Idiot I guard against...

It's a wild time for the S650 platform and tuning in general. The previous 3 Coyote generations and LT tuning are very different, with S650 being the platypus of the group. Everyone seems to hate Volumetric Efficiency tables and Speed Density calculators lol. I nerded out on those with Cringer/Silver Surfer (along with Goat Rope and Greg Banish) before getting my 2025 GT PP, thank god, so I just walked right in and got to work. Mustang VCT-governed VE tables are FAR easier to calibrate than the mysterious and fickle VVE of the Chevy LT world...
