I think that button is for speed control if somone didn't already answer that.. You can set your speed limit and car stays at that speed. But I think it only works when cruise control is also on.. cheers

+1 on the desire to have lane centering on manuals... Curious what the excuse is for giving the stick shift drivers the fuzzy end of the lollypop again. Maybe an s/w update could fix this sin?

has anyone else noticed that one mystery button on the left button set on the steering wheel (underneath cruise control on/off and to the left of "set -")?

i have never seen this icon before in any Ford, not even a 2023 F-350 Platinum. only thing i can kinda think of is maybe it's the speed sign recognition tolerance shortcut? it's on both manual and automatic ones, but i found one picture by Ford where the button is blank so i'm 100% lost.

edit: i tried to get ChatGPT to help, but it looked up this thread and gave up

It is a speed governor.

It limits the car to the speed limit unless you mash the pedal all the way to the floor.

it sure is. we found out 749 days ago (August 14th, 2023). not sure why this 2 year old thread suddenly gained traction again
