When is the Build and Price going to be available for the 2026? Anyone know?

Mid to late Autumn, probably.

Best you can do for now is the spec sheets that have come out and try to guesstimate based on those

As for every MY, it will be posted on M7G the second it comes out. Stay tuned.

Unfortunately it's typically not available until quite a while after the order banks open. Maybe because Ford and its dealers would rather steer customers toward remaining MY 2025 stock?

Waiting for this as well, I got a good idea with the spec sheets but want to be certain at what I am looking at. Strange that they would have the MY25 order builder when you are not able to place a new build for the 25s as of right now.

You can build a car and then search dealer inventories to find the closet car you can.
